Return conditions:

You have 14 days after receipt to return an item.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

How to return?

Send us an email via the contact page with your order number and the reason for return. We will then send you the return instructions.

Refund:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will receive your payment back to the original payment method within 5 working days.
